Simple compound and complex sentences

 Using the picture on the previous slide, have a go and writing some simple, compound and complex sentences about the picture.

Simple:I was driving in my car and when I was driving I saw a turtle with a little town on its back.

Compound:There was an elephant.That had a city. There was a horse.That climbed a ladder.

Complex: There was a city on an elephant also a horse that tried to climb the ladder.Their was a painting that was hanged on the  top and a window at the sky.
